instinct.
its really hard to make choices about it.you either choose to defy it or choose to believe it.i've always been jugdemental about my instinct.yet,instinct is something that comes from within you.

today i came across late reuben's blog,one of the five promising singaporeans that died during their race.it gives the sudden chills reading his last entry before the race.he had the feeling of death.i've heard many of these recounts.it seems so depressing,yet it sends shivers down your spine.

he wrote,"Maybe it preparation for going into unfamiliar territory",
and,"This trip will be a fight in more ways than one",.

i have to stop here.
these chills is killing me.im scaring myself.
